Supermerch.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Amex, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple pay, Google Pay and Paypal You can also pay via MobilePay Online.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is only debited to your card when the item is dispatched - Amounts for on demand and pre-orders are however reserved when the item(s) is ordered

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.


On Demand means for you that you get the product at a lower price. But that it takes 1-3 weeks before we have the item in stock and we then send the item to you. This is a good option for you who just want to save a little more.


Products that have "Pre-order" above the image or are described with pre-order are not products we keep in our physical warehouse. When you order goods from us, we order the same day from the distributor/manufacturer. The expected delivery time is indicated on the product page. However, you must be careful. that the delivery time for pre-orders may change continuously. Sometimes for faster delivery, other times it will be a later time. This is not something we have any influence on, unfortunately.

We therefore also cannot deliver products that are pre-ordered. Should you order several products, some of which are in stock and others pre-orders. then all products are shipped in one large order when all items are in our warehouse. So, therefore, it is important that you make separate orders if there are some stocked items and pre-order items that you want.

The money is reserved in your account when ordering and is only withdrawn in full when we ship the item. However, there are legal exceptions to the various payment solutions, such as quickpay, pensopay and Clearhouse (which we use), which mean that within a certain time, typically no later than 179 days. Therefore, on pre-orders, we will withdraw the money before this time frame, otherwise this will mean that we will not get the money.


Supermerch.dk delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before 11.30, they are dispatched the same day. However, we can sometimes send it out the same day for later orders. However, this must be agreed with us by email before and never later than 3:30 p.m

Shipping prices for all T-shirts, caps, hoodies, posters (Except figures, Gundam, collectibles, statues) are free for purchases over 499.- with GLS or Posrtnord. Otherwise, the freight prices look like this per 30/9-2022

We deliver with GLS, with the option of a parcel shop and home delivery, and the delivery time is 1-3 working days. Postnord is 1-3 days. For Funko POP or other goods that are in remote storage, there may be a longer delivery time. If the item is in remote storage, the delivery time is approximately 3-8 days with Postnord and approximately 3-4 days with GLS.

Price to EU countries (T-shirts, Caps, posters, Sweatshirts) is from DKK 99 (13 Euro) depending on the volume - Ships with DPD/PostNord/GLS - to EU countries the delivery time is approximately 3-6 working days.

If your country is not on the list, it does not mean that we do not ship to this country. contact us by email for a price. However, we point out that in some countries, customs and import duties may apply. We do not take care of this, you have to investigate and pay for it yourself. This is also not an approved reason to regret the purchase.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@printbyorder.dk , or use the standard cancellation form. You will find it here

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. The only thing you have to send in addition to the item is to enclose paper with information such as;

I hereby announce that I wish to exercise the right of withdrawal in connection with my purchase agreement for the following goods/services;

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Expected processing time is 48 hours from when the item has been returned.

No right of withdrawal applies when;

Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch cannot be undone.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered at TheMovSer.dk/PrintByOrder.dk + Supermerch.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller at Supermerch.dk is TheMovSer.dk/PrintByOrder.dk.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
