What are On Demand merchandise products and what does it mean to you?
These are goods that we have in remote storage or that are in stock at the manufacturer. This means that we can sell the product cheaper than everyone else. Yes, you are very welcome to compare prices with our Danish competitors and other EU retailers.
The low price comes with a catch, however, which is that there is a slightly longer delivery time. The delivery time from when it is ordered until we have the item with us is approximately 1 to 3 weeks, in very rare cases it may take a little longer.
The On Demand products we sell are therefore NOT for you who need the product within a few days, as you can get with all our other merchandise products.
In addition, it is also important to know that when you pay for the item, in extremely rare cases, the item cannot be obtained anyway. Should that happen, we will of course contact the customer and make further arrangements. If a refund of the money is desired, this will happen IMMEDIATELY and without any hassle. Do you have a challenge for us? If you have seen a product elsewhere, we are more than happy to take on the challenge of getting the product to your home, and this at a good price. All you have to do is send us a link with the product to kontakt@printbyorder.dk and then we will investigate the possibility of what price and how long it will take until we have the item at home.
If the item is extra discounted or in some other way an offer, then of course it is not certain that we can make it cheaper. But the chance is good. In any case, we are happy to investigate whether we can match or make it even better
