To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the original work behind A Certain Scientific Railgun, the main character, Misaka Mikoto, is coming out as a figure!

Finally, the pride of Tokiwadai Middle School level 5 espers Misaka Mikoto and Shokuhou Misaki have come to life. To create these characters, JCSTAFF drew new illustrations featuring the two in the library of the prestigious Tokiwadai Middle School!

This is her first appearance in a winter outfit for Kotobukiya! Notice the flow of her hair and uniform as the breeze blows through the library. The tote bag she carries in both the original work and anime has also been recreated.

Enjoy Misaka Mikoto standing tall and proud as she uses electricity to manipulate a coin by adding her to your collection today.

The base matches that of the upcoming Shokuhou Misaki, and the two can be displayed together to recreate the atmosphere of the illustration.
