The pointed party hat on his head is surrounded by a mess of white hair, while above his disgruntled mocking mouth, clear tubes run from his nose over his ears and connect to the oxygen tank at the back of the chair. Dressed without a care for company, he wears a pink robe over his white singlet and striped blue shorts. The outside of his packaging is a desolate, gray room, furnished only with a wooden table and oven. While the interior is bright white with colored balloons peeking from the edges and 'happy birthday' printed on the back. The protective sleeve shows a row of small gray nursing homes lined up under a cloudy blue sky.
