One of the most famous frontmen in the history of rock, on stage he is a guitarist and hailed as one of the best heavy metal vocalists of all time. Composer, founder and leader of the group KISS, Paul Stanley became the character "Starchild" due to his tendency to be referred to as the dreamy lover and hopeless romantic. With an incredible likeness to the rock star, in his facial features, anatomy and costume, Iron Studios expands their line of statues of music icons with "Paul Stanley aka Starchild - Kiss - Art Scale 1/10", part of a collection that composes legendary hard rock band, the first band portrayed in statues by Iron Studios!

Since its inception in 1973 in New York City, co-founders Paul Stanley (vocals and guitar) and Gene Simmons (vocals and bass) along with Ace Frehley (guitar and vocals) and Peter Criss (acoustic drums, percussion, and vocals) have assumed the persona of characters The Demon (Simmons), Starchild (Stanley), Spaceman (Frehley) and Catman (Criss) that fit the respective design of their appearance. Dressed in bold black leather costumes, boots with large platform heels and dramatic make-up inspired by Kabuki Japanese theatre, the quartet of musicians, as nocturnal creatures ready to kill, changed the concept of musical entertainment with their elaborate theatrical performances, including flaming guitars, the band KISS spitting fire and blood , pyrotechnics and other effects, constitute one of the greatest cultural effects of the decade of the 1970s, and changed the concepts of music and entertainment, becoming historically significant not only in the context and world of Rock'n'roll, but also by influencing new artists and bands of other musical styles in many segments. KISS was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in 2014, joining the ranks of the most famous and influential artists who had a major impact in the pop and rock industry.

With 30 gold records, more than 103 million albums sold worldwide, the band continues to perform in makeup, with Stanley and Simmons still present from the original formation. No other band used their image or marketing better, adapting them to the Marvel comics where Stanley's character, along with the other band members of KISS, received superpowers from a wizard.
