Padme Amidala was once the democratically elected Queen of Naboo before representing the Chommell Sector as a Senator in the Galactic Senate. As Queen of Naboo, Padmé participates in the liberation of her people and becomes one of the most respected political figures in the galaxy. She played a crucial role in the events surrounding the Clone Wars, where she, along with other senators, helped found what later became the Rebel Alliance through the creation of the 2000 delegation.
