Desperately in need of refuge, Frodo hastily surrendered his fate to the One Ring. But comfort did not greet him. Rather, he saw a pale and spectral vision: echoes of past times, haunting and ethereal. In the middle of the unseen lands, only the sickly radiation of the wrong side persisted.
